1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Click Leaders Hub application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Access and Eligibility

Access to Click Leaders Hub is strictly restricted to an admin-approved allowlist via Google OAuth.

• You may only access the platform if you have been explicitly invited and approved by a Click Leaders administrator.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account used to access the App.
• Sharing your access or allowing unauthorized individuals to use your account is strictly prohibited.

3. Proprietary Information and Intellectual Property

Click Leaders Hub serves as a proprietary internal platform providing access to specialized training resources, operational frameworks, task assignment systems, and interactive productivity tools.

• Strictly Confidential: All training materials, frameworks, operational modules, and tools contained within the App are the exclusive, proprietary intellectual property of Click Leaders.
• No External Distribution: You may not copy, share, distribute, or otherwise disclose any materials from the App to external parties, clients, or competitors without explicit written permission from Click Leaders management.

4. Internal Tasks and Projects

The platform provides systems for users to claim and complete internal tasks and projects.

• Any tasks or projects claimed and completed through the App are subject to existing internal team agreements, employment contracts, or independent contractor agreements.
• Completion of a task does not guarantee specific compensation unless explicitly outlined in your individual internal agreement.

5. Termination and Revocation of Access

Your use of the App is at the discretion of Click Leaders management.

• Admin Rights: Administrators reserve the right to revoke, suspend, or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
• Common reasons for termination include, but are not limited to, unauthorized sharing of proprietary information, cessation of employment/contract work, or violation of these Terms of Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Click Leaders Hub App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

• Click Leaders and its administrators make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the App or its content.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Click Leaders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App, or from any unauthorized access to your data.

7. Modifications to the Terms

Click Leaders reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated internally, and your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Click Leaders agency/team's primary place of business, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
